'Trevillis' has recently become available for holiday letting under the new ownership of a local lady who has re-docorated throughout. The bungalow offers two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a very well-equipped kitchen with a dining table separating it from the lounge area and a bathroom, with shower above the bath. An allocated parking space is immediately to the side of the bungalow with further parking available on request. Also outside is a patio with garden furniture, ideal for catching the evening sun. Entry through the side door takes you into the lounge which offers comfortable seating for up to four adults. There is a coffee table, television with 'freeview' box, DVD player , supply of jigsaws and games and an electric storage heater. The doors lead on to a south facing patio (above) which comes with outside furniture. The well-equipped kitchen offers:

bedroom has a dressing table and bedside tables. The main bedroom also has
a hairdryer.
The family bathroom has an electric shower over the bath and a seat/storage unit.
