'River Banks' has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a spacious lounge/diner, a very well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom, with shower. The allocated parking space is just a short step across the driveway. The bungalow is close to the stream that runs through Rosecraddoc, helping to complete the relaxing environment. Entry through the back door brings you into the kitchen area, equipped with cooker with oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. A wide range of cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery makes self-catering easy for you. A cupboard next to the kitchen houses the hot water tank and some useful shelving space. There is plenty of cupboard space separating the kitchen from the lounge/dining area. The dining table comfortably seats five people (please bring your own table-cloth) and the lounge includes soft seating for up to six people. This room also benefits from the large sliding patio doors at the front of the bungalow, a television with freeview top-box and video facility, a night storage heater and an electric fire.
