'Home Cottage' enjoys a position under the trees, in a small cul-de-sac of just three bungalows. It has two bedrooms, one double and  one twin, a spacious lounge/diner, a very well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom, with shower. Immediately to the side of the back door is a patio with garden furniture and an allocated space for one car.

Entry through the side door brings you into the newly refurbished kitchen/diner area, pictured below. The kitchen is well -equipped with a four-ring cooker with overhead extractor hood, oven and grill, a microwave oven, toaster and a refrigerator. The dining table comfortably seats four people. A wide range of cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery makes self-catering easy for you.

The comfortable lounge area has seating for four people on a three-piece suite, a coffee table,  a television, a video/DVD player and a cassette tape deck/radio. An efficient night-storage heater in the lounge is well situated to spread warmth around the bungalow. This room was re-decorated last year.

The main bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, bed-side tables and chest of drawers with a mirror above. There is also a portable electric radiator and a hair-dryer. The second bedroom has two single beds (3'), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bed-side table as well as a portable electric radiator.

The bathroom includes the toilet, a wash-basin and a bath with an electric shower over. A cupboard next to the bathroom houses the hot water tank and some useful shelving space.

All bed linen is included. There is no gas and electricity is via a £1 slot meter.
