'Brookside' is set back from the drive that runs through Rosecraddoc, giving it an even quieter location than many of the other bungalows. It has two bedrooms, one double and  one twin, a  lounge/diner, a very well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Immediately outside of the back door is a patio with garden furniture right next to the small brook. There is an allocated space for one car just 20 yards away.

Entry through the front door brings you into the open-plan lounge/diner, complete with a full size three-piece suit, a dining table with four chairs and a wall unit for storage. This room also has a Nicam television, DVD player, CD/radio player and standard lamp and is heated by wall mounted electric heaters.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size, four ring cooker, a microwave oven and a washing machine. A wide range of cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery, along with plenty of storage space makes self-catering easy for you.
