The Birches

'The Birches' has recently become available for holiday letting under the new ownership of a local lady who has taken time to redecorate where necessary. The bungalow and three bedrooms, two doubles and  one single, a very well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar separating it from the lounge area and a refurbished bathroom, with shower above the bath. An allocated parking space, big enough for two cars is to the side of the bungalow, while at  the back is a lawned area with garden furniture, ideal for catching the evening sun.

Entry through the front door takes you into the lounge, featuring soft seating, television and video facilities, audio equipment and a coffee table.

Entry through the back door is directly into the well-equipped kitchen, offering a four-ring electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and an ample supply of utensils, cutlery and crockery. Enough here to prepare a wide range of meals for the family. There is also a fold-down dining table with chairs.

The main double bedroom at the front of the bungalow. As well as the double bed the room has a built-in wardrobe and wall-mounted electric convector heater.

The second double bedroom overlooks the stream at the front of the bungalow and offers the same facilities, including the convector heater, as the main bedroom.

The twin room also offers a built-in wardrobe and wall-mounted electric convector heater.

Each bedroom is equipped with a T.V.

The completely refurbished bathroom is equipped with w/c, sink, bath with overhead electric shower and a heated towel rail.
