The Birches

'The Birches' has recently become available for holiday letting under the new ownership of a local lady who has taken time to redecorate where necessary. The bungalow and three bedrooms, two doubles and  one single, a very well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar separating it from the lounge area and a refurbished bathroom, with shower above the bath. An allocated parking space, big enough for two cars is to the side of the bungalow, while at  the back is a lawned area with garden furniture, ideal for catching the evening sun.

Entry through the front door takes you into the lounge, featuring soft seating, television and DVD, audio equipment and a coffee table.

Entry through the back door is directly into the well-equipped kitchen, offering a four-ring electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and an ample supply of utensils, cutlery and crockery. Enough here to prepare a wide range of meals for the family. There is also a fixed 'breakfast bar' and a fold-down dining table with chairs.

The main double bedroom is at the front of the bungalow. As well as the double bed the room has a built-in wardrobe, a wall-mounted electric convector heater and a television.

The second double bedroom overlooks the stream at the front of the bungalow and has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a wall-mounted electric convector heater.

The twin room also offers a built-in wardrobe and wall-mounted electric convector heater.

The completely refurbished bathroom is equipped with w/c, sink, bath with overhead electric shower and a heated towel rail.
